MultiVitaMinera
Dietary supplement vegan capsule containing vitamins, minerals, microelements, trace elements, and plant extracts with Lutein and Artemisinin.
The MultiVitaMinera complex capsule contains a significant amount of 13 types of vitamins, 11 types of minerals and trace elements, supplemented with 8 types of herbal extracts. This contributes to supplementing the essential substance (vitamins, minerals, and trace elements) needs of adult bodies exposed to increased physical, mental, and intellectual stress. It can also be consumed in low-calorie, sugar-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free, GMO-free, and vegan diets! One bottle contains a two-month supply (60 capsules)!
Who is MultiVitaMinera recommended for?
With its complex composition and diverse and outstanding active ingredient content, this product is particularly suitable for supplementing the essential substance (vitamins, minerals, and trace elements) needs of adult bodies exposed to increased physical, mental, and intellectual stress. It contributes to the maintenance of general health during periods of sports, training, heavy physical work, or mentally exhausting life phases. It can improve muscle endurance, shorten the time required for the regeneration of exhausted muscles, and slow down muscle aging. It can be useful for preventing and/or eliminating the consequences of vitamin deficiencies (caused by smoking, alcohol consumption, air pollution, or other free radical stress). Through its antioxidant components, it contributes to the chemical protection of the entire body by counteracting the damaging effects of free radicals.
About the physiological effects of MultiVitaMinera capsule ingredients
Severe clinical vitamin deficiency diseases are rare in the developed countries of the world today. However, recent surveys show that subclinical deficiency of several vitamins is significantly increasing in Hungary [1], and also among the population of economically developed countries [2]. This is especially true for adolescents and those over 60. The late complications of such early and young adult deficiencies include numerous chronic degenerative conditions (osteoporosis, age-related macular degeneration, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc.). These have shown a dramatic increase in the last 20-30 years. Changes in eating and lifestyle habits of our modern age are suspected to be behind this. More and more authors and publications recommend vitamin supplementation.
Cellular energy release required for life processes occurs in the mitochondria. The full B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium [3] and manganese [4] all play a role in this. A lifestyle that is physically, mentally, or intellectually demanding increases the need for these essential substances. The recently discovered pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) also contributes to improving the quality of life of cells and tissues. It is still debated whether it is a vitamin or not, but its contribution to maintaining vitality and health [5] has been accepted since 2005. The role of vitamin D, vitamin K2 [6] and boron [7] in maintaining bone health is well known. However, vitamin D is also essential for muscle function by influencing calcium metabolism [8]. The healthy functioning of the immune system is vital for the presence of B6 [9], B12 [10], C [11] and D [12] vitamins, as well as zinc [13] and copper [14]. Vitamin D is necessary for the development of receptors for B- and T-lymphocyte immune cells. In its absence, the receptors of immune cells do not develop, which prevents them from recognizing foreign, invading microorganisms. In such a case, the number of lymphocytes does not decrease, but they are unable or less able to perform their tasks. Immune defense is supplemented by the antioxidant effects of C [9], E, B2 [15] vitamins, lutein, and the natural antioxidants of bilberry. By neutralizing the damaging chemical effects of free radicals, they play a significant role in maintaining the health of all kinds of cells, tissues, and organs. Zinc [16], selenium [17], and manganese [18] act as catalysts in these processes. Recent studies have highlighted the increased vitamin needs of smokers [19] (smoking also introduces free radicals into the body), and generally the urban population (air pollution, consumption of preserved foods, etc.) [20]. B5, B6, B7, B9 vitamins, zinc, chromium, and iodine are also essential for the metabolism of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and for the production of regulatory hormones. Zinc, among other things, acts as a catalyst in the male body's own testosterone production [21]. Selenium potentiates the radical scavenging activity of vitamins C and E. In addition, by influencing thyroid function, it plays a major role in regulating the body's global metabolism [22]. Silicon is an essential trace element that does not occur in free form in nature. We can obtain it in organic forms from our food. In addition to vitamin C, it plays a role in ensuring the healthy collagen content of connective tissues. It is a prerequisite for the healthy structure and function of cartilage, bones, but also blood vessel walls, tendons and tendon sheaths, hair, nails, and skin [23]. Its deficiency is indicated by damage to these tissues and organs. The most striking, but by no means the most serious consequence, is abnormalities in nails and hair. Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and nettle (Urtica dioica) leaves support kidney function, excretion, and detoxification. The advantage of horsetail is its aquaretic diuretic effect. That is, it increases water excretion while preserving trace elements and minerals [24]. In addition to its general and eye-protective antioxidant capacity, bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) has been shown to have a protective effect against muscle damage caused by overexertion [25]. Its mechanism of action is not clear in detail. Its high antioxidant capacity is suspected to be behind it (TEAC ≈ 15) [26]. Artemisinin is the thujone-free active ingredient of wormwood (Artemisia annua) (Important: thujone is responsible for the toxic effects of wormwood!). With its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, it exerts a cell-protective effect [27]. By coordinating digestive enzymes, it aids digestion and improves nutrient absorption. According to research, ginseng (Panax ginseng) strengthens the body's stress tolerance by influencing adrenal hormone production and slows down age-related degenerative processes [28]. Scientific studies have confirmed the performance-enhancing effect of ginseng. It has also been documented to increase sexual desire and performance (aphrodisiac) in non-organic male impotence [29]. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract regulates digestion and gastrointestinal motility. All the above-mentioned herbs are recognized as medicinal in the current VIII. Hungarian Pharmacopoeia. Piperine (black pepper - Piper nigrum extract) boosts metabolism, increases blood supply to the intestines, and improves nutrient absorption. Para-amino-benzoic acid (PABA), although not directly vital, acts as an essential prebiotic for intestinal bacteria. Thus, it is an indirect condition for the healthy functioning of the digestive tract. In addition, it plays a role in the transport of fatty acids, thereby aiding the energetic utilization of fats (fat burning).
