Shipping Policy

Orders placed through the CellVitál online store are delivered within Hungary and to the international destinations listed as available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

The following delivery methods are available within Hungary:

GLS Home Delivery
Shipping fee: HUF 2,790
GLS home delivery is free for orders over HUF 300,000.

MPL Home Delivery
Shipping fee: HUF 3,770

The delivery options actually available for a particular order and their current fees are always displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the details of the order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for products in stock is generally 3–5 business days.

The stated delivery time is indicative only. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods, at times of increased demand or due to circumstances relating to the operation of the courier service.

If a product is out of stock, CellVitál will contact the customer and provide information about the expected fulfilment time.

International Shipping

The CellVitál online store also delivers to selected international destinations.

The delivery options available for the selected country, the shipping fee and—where available—the estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.

International shipping fees and conditions may vary depending on the destination country and the characteristics of the order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. If these charges are not collected by the online store at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer may receive a notification and tracking information regarding the status of the shipment, provided that this feature is supported by the selected delivery service.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, an incorrectly provided address or failure to accept the parcel, redelivery may incur an additional charge.
