Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of psychological functions, and the proper functioning of the immune system. Without vitamin C, effective collagen formation and skin health cannot be maintained. Vitamin C is also necessary for maintaining bone and teeth health. For our body to function at a basic level, a minimum of 80 mg of vitamin C per day is required. In reality, however, much more vitamin C is needed for people living a modern, fast-paced lifestyle, exposed to stress and environmental damage. Physical work, electromagnetic radiation from phones, radio waves, harmful exhaust gases from traffic, radiation from the sun, and stress all put a strain on our body, which our immune system must fight daily. The normal absorption of vitamin C is limited, as an average person cannot absorb more than 280-300 mg. A series of initial experimental results confirm that phosphatidylcholine may have therapeutic value in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. There is scientific literature on its efficacy in cancer therapy. There are currently no known contraindications for the use of phosphatidylcholine.
